Ed is a managing partner and head of the corporate communications practice. Previously, he held senior positions with Burson-Marsteller, Georgeson & Co. and Hill & Knowlton. Ed’s Fortune 1000 experience includes high-profile crises assignments, numerous friendly and contested mergers and acquisitions, more than three dozen initial public offerings, privatizations and several exchange listings. He specializes in working with undervalued companies, designing and implementing results-oriented communication programs that utilize image enhancement, institutional targeting, and media relations and internal communications as core elements. On weekends, Ed can be caught trying to outwit trout or Atlantic salmon, or being trained by his English setters.
