Jay’s extensive expertise is in employee communications, corporate branding and organization development. Previously, he was executive director of strategic employee communications for Verizon, where he was responsible for planning and implementing communications initiatives for 210,000 employees worldwide. Initiatives included the development and rollout of Verizon’s mission and values statement - starting with the Chairman’s presentation to executives and continuing with ongoing intranet broadcasts and supporting materials for internal and external audiences. Jay and his wife, live on Cape Cod, enjoying the surf, sand and seafood - not necessarily in that order.
